Phoenix-based real estate research firm has a contract available for individuals with photography experience and reliable transportation!
Job Description:
Photographers should be in the Rapid City, South Dakota area to take some EXTERIOR property photographs of 50 Self-Storage properties.
Qualifications:
- Interested applicants must have a digital camera, high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation.
- Please be aware that this work is not intended for professional photographers, but some photo experience is required.
- Must live in Rapid City, South Dakota to apply.
- Current Yardi employees are not eligible to apply.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- There will be 2 assignments of 25 properties and the photographer is given approximately one week to complete each assignment (deadline extensions granted for bad weather).
- Each assignment generally only requires approximately 2-3 days of work.
- 15-20 unedited photos of the property should be taken and uploaded via Dropbox.
- Each property will take about 15 minutes to photograph. You may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour.
- You may skip a property if you encounter any issues.
