WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

If you are a hardworking, adaptable and open-to-change, customer-oriented individual who enjoys learning, progress, being challenged, and appreciates variety in their work, we look forward to meeting you. Because you will be directly working with clients and homeowners, the proper candidate will be able to represent us with professionalism in manners, communication and appearance – we are therefore seeking individuals who are capable of thriving in an established workplace and know how to put their best foot forward each day.

We are also looking for someone that enjoys understanding how something works, like an engineer, but also has the eye of a graphic designer. Someone that sees the rooms of the house, along with the architectural details, and highlights the best features and amenities of the property through photography while allowing the space to speak strongly through the images they capture.

Professional photographers with prior experience are encouraged to apply, but you must know that some of our best photographers came to us with hobbyist experience and learned to master their craft while on the job.

Recent college grads with degrees in the arts with strong knowledge in photography who have little professional experience are also encouraged to apply. We will train the right individual for the job through our comprehensive paid training program, where you will work one on one with a Lead Photographer to learn the expectations of your job for about 1 month. Following this period, you will be expected to produce work on your own and follow protocol and impress clients with your personality, work ethic and attention to detail.

All required equipment to perform your regular daily work is supplied by us, except for Aerial Equipment (drone) which we can assist in purchasing for you through payroll deduction over a period of time.

We are ideally looking for people who live and want to work in or near the Greater Worcester or Leominster areas, which requires that you have reliable means of transportation for you to travel to your list of assigned properties every workday. These are key requirements due to the demands of the job and are non-negotiable.

Our hours of work are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, Saturday availability is a definite advantage during the busy season usually from the beginning of March through July.

Last but not least, we are looking to hire you as an employee of our company and NOT as a contractor. We pay you by the hour and not by the job. Unlike contractors, we’ll provide you with vacation time, sick time, and other perks.
