Location: Houston, TX

Contract: Temporary, 4 Months

The Marketing Manager will support the planning, delivery and reporting on market activity for our services across the Americas.

As a marketing manager, you will drive demand generation marketing outputs throughout the purchase funnel, focusing on tactics that create awareness, consideration and sales conversions. Candidates will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the customer, act as a service specialist, driving purchase intent and sales conversion. You will work closely with the Americas marketing team to help drive their programs according to best practice as well as stakeholders across the business: global marketing teams, subject matter experts and regional sales teams.

This is an exciting role where you can drive best practice across of a range of marketing actions and campaigns.

You will be responsible for collaborating during the planning of marketing programs, supporting the delivery of those programs and measuring regional marketing activities including events and lead capture/nurture campaigns which generate demand and sales.

  • Help plan and execute regional B2B lead generation, capture, and nurture campaigns via ClickDimensions and MSDynamics platforms.
  • Oversee in-person and virtual events end to end: event planning, event day set-up, email marketing, pre/post event data management, event collateral production, event logistics, and event wrap-up reports utilizing EventBrite and GoToWebinar as required.
  • Support with the development of sales enablement tools/collateral and audience targeted content to support sales/account management teams.
  • Manage the annual content calendar (with stakeholders) and content marketing campaigns via digital channels (email marketing, social media, webinars, paid media, etc.)
  • Create and curate compelling content (webinars, newsletters, repurposed articles, etc.) and thought leadership optimized for SEO tailored for personas using SEMRush.
  • Manage customer journeys and buyer funnels for assigned buyer personas.
  • Build sales funnels and campaign content and assigning content for different stages of the buyer journey (lead gen, nurture, capture, cross-sell, engagement and reengagement).
  • Drive and optimize sales funnel conversion.
  • Work with stakeholders to agree marketing activity based on objectives, existing client intel, market intel, persona criteria, and content requirements.
  • Deliver campaigns that differentiate our commercial offerings and communicate the Control Risks value add.
  • Report on performance to support global marketing programs and business KPIs using ClickDimensions and PowerBI.
  • Maintain Americas marketing cost management and processes, feeding into the Marketing Director for budget and cost control management.
  • Manage external partnership and supplier relationships.

Requirements

Role Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable.
  • B2B service marketing experience using Microsoft Dynamics, ClickDimensions, SEMRush, Google Analytics, PowerBI or similar.
  • Experience of planning and delivering in-person and virtual events and their associated platforms e.g. GoToWebinar and Eventbrite or similar.
  • Digital marketing capabilities and experience e.g. email marketing, social media marketing.
  • Experience of lead capture, nurture and conversion campaigns via marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent working knowledge of contact management best practice, and CRM (sales and marketing automation tools).
  • Experience of sales funnels, content marketing and assigning content to buyer journey stages (lead gen, nurture, capture, cross-sell, engagement and re-engagement).
  • Solid analytical acumen with strong ROI orientation and reporting.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding relationship building skills.
  • Experience of working in a matrix environment desired.
  • Business level Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker preferred.
  • Experience of website CMS platforms desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, ClickDimensions, Google Analytics, PowerBI, SEMRush, GoToWebinar and Eventbrite preferred.
