Job Description:

Hello, we are looking for a part-time employee who will train and work under our head artist, we create Kintsugi pieces for our Etsy shop, Kintsugi Generations. We are a small company looking for help with an artistic person who is ready to make some art. Kintsugi is the art of breaking each ceramic piece and adding gold, silver or bronze to the cracking. Each piece we create is hand broken and requires the employee to break the ceramic bowl, glue the piece back together with an adhesive, and clean the piece of excess finger prints/adhesive. After a short training, we would meet the employee, drop off the needed pieces (25-100 piece depending on skill) per week and pick up the completed pieces at the end of the work week. This allows for work from home. We pay by each completed piece, each piece can be complete in just a few minutes so pay potential is great. This is a perfect job for extra income and part-time work.

Responsibilities:

• Create art that is unique and original.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the elements of design, composition, and color theory.
• Have knowledge of various artistic techniques and materials.
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively with other artists.
• Be able to meet deadlines and stay organized.
• Be able to communicate effectively with clients, galleries, and other artists.

Pay:

$1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
