Contract: Part Time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reports to Leidos Role Player Team Lead
• Read and understand ERUdyne’s Work Standard document
• Be familiar with scenario and objectives of the exercise
• Review any relevant background information and resources
• Act out role in the scenario realistically and convincingly
• Maintain the safety of all participants
• Provide constructive feedback to participants based on exercise objectives
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) during training exercises
• Ability to lift, turn, and carry material (up to 60 pounds)
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule
• Works effectively with a team and is respectful of colleagues
• Adheres to company policies and procedures
• Meets all applicable established deadlines as deemed necessary
• Accepts constructive criticism and is receptive to changes in the work environment
• U.S. citizenship required
• All applicants must have the accepted form of government issued ID compliant with the Real ID Act
• Applicant must be willing to submit official background clearance information for review, processing, and approval

Pay: $20.00 per hour
