Company Overview

Rae Images is a boutique photography studio specializing in business headshots, branding photography, and events.

We are seeking energetic, personable and professional individuals to join our event photography team. This is great role for freelance photographers who want to show up, shoot, and have fun.

The position will provide event photography services for private events such as birthday celebrations, graduation parties, private launch events and client speaking engagements.

Responsibilities

• Capture high quality images that tell the story and highlight the ambiance of each event
• Ensure proper lighting and exposure for each photography
• Cull down and edit images
• Deliver final images within agreed-upon timeline
• Provide a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements

• Prior experience shooting live events and occasions using on or off camera
• Experience using DLSR and/or mirrorless professional cameras.
• Ability to work independently while providing a high level of professionalism and service excellence
• Passion for photography
• Coachable, receptive to constructive feedback
• Committed to service excellence
• Attentive with high attention to detail
• Access to and proficiency with Adobe Lightroom
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Night and week-end flexibility
• We require that all Photographer applicants have their own equipment to be considered for this position.
• Applicants local to Greater Charlotte preferred. This position does not cover travel expenses for Greater Charlotte Assignments

Photographer Gear/Equipment Requirements:

· DSLR or mirrorless professional camera

· On or off camera flash accessories

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Some college preferred
