Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and implement creative photoshoots for diverse social media campaigns.
• Capture high-quality photos that weave compelling narratives and resonate with the target audience.
• Work hand in hand with the creative team to bring visual concepts to life through captivating images.
• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest photography trends, techniques, and tech to produce innovative visual content.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of assets, including photos, videos, and associated metadata.
• Edit and polish photos to elevate their visual appeal and comply with brand standards.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and social media managers to comprehend project needs and deliverables.
• Travel within the Jacksonville area for on-site photoshoots as needed.

Requirements:

• You have an evident passion for photography and a portfolio that highlights your creativity, including lifestyle, product, and event captures.
• Experience with camera gear and a basic understanding of lighting and composition.
• An understanding of visual storytelling principles and a keen eye for color and detail.
• Experience or interest in shooting and editing user-generated content videos.
• You’re organized and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to work independently or within a team, accepting direction, and providing creative input as needed.
• Adaptability to cope with ever-changing project requirements and priorities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements would be a plus.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
