Who Are We Looking For?
Creative, motivated, and driven individuals who can adapt as we continue to grow and advance while taking on new responsibilities. You must be organized and ready to learn new skills. You must have a car with a current and legal driver’s license. You must ALWAYS be courteous for customers and be prompt adherence to appointments. The ideal candidate will have a full kit (DSLR, 360 Camera, Drone).

Photographer’s Responsibilities
- Keep schedule updated for effective booking
- Receive appointment information
- Prepare equipment for upcoming appointments
- Travel to your appointments a few minutes early
- Perform pre-shoot walkthroughs of the property
- Perform the assignments
- Complete other appointments, if multiple in a day
- Send photos to the office by end of the day for post-production
Equipment Requirements
- DSLR Camera, capable of 5 or more AEB bracketings, 24+ Megapixel
- Wide Angle Lens - Anywhere between 10 - 16 mm or equivalent, or willing to invest.
- Sturdy tripod for DSLR & Monopod for Matterport/360 camera.
- Drone (DJI Mavic Air or other equivalent to it), 12+ megapixels / 4k
- Ricoh Theta SC2, Z1, other Matterport-compatible camera, or willing to invest in one
- iOS device (iPhone)
- Computer or Laptop with high speed internet (upload speed of 15 mpbs)
Skill Requirements
We will provide training to get you on the same page with our process and you will demonstrate real estate photography expertise by completing a practice complete package. Big advantage if you are already a licensed drone pilot as well per Part 107 of the FAA.
Education Requirements
- College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Multi-lingual is always a plus
Pay:
$10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per year
