What you’ll do

• Staying across all communication regarding lines requests from sport and entertainment.
• Booking lines requests for all sports and other events.
• Keeping our in-house workflows tidy and updated.
• Making sure all bookings have been checked and verified.
• Flagging any issues to production as soon as possible.
• Collaborating closely with production for all queries.
• Chasing any issues with internal/external clients in and around business.
• Liaising with DART Operators for any ad-hoc/urgent changes.
• Working on ad-hoc projects when required.
• Running the bookings report end of day for all relevant teams.
• Invoicing for file-based work requested.
• Support for rostering for operators in Content Handling departmental workflows.
• This is an initial Fixed Term Contract/Secondment position.

What you’ll bring

• Knowledge of Salesforce/ScheduAll would be helpful.
• Proven skills in Office 365 applications, Excel would be beneficial.
• Team player who can self-manage workload whilst supporting others when needed.
• Outstanding attention to detail and highly accurate data entry.
• Great organisation skills, be able to work in a team and on your own.
• Strong communication skills internally and externally.
• Be able to decipher and deconstruct different lines request forms from clients.
