Product Manager, On-Site Branding
The successful candidate will possess skills in both helping to conceptualize ideas our Clients have for their facilities and creating artwork that will be printed and installed on location. We are looking for an organized, collaborative and Client-focused team player who will work with our internal and external partners, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are managed and executed in a way that drive service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts based on Client requirements that align with the school (or brand) identity and meet the needs of Clients. Revise designs based on direction provided by Client.
- Consultative, friendly service-focused attitude with the Client’s best interests in mind with the ability to persuade Clients to agree on recommended concepts.
- Accompany Vanguard Sales Representatives primarily to school site locations for on-site surveys (but may include other Clients and locations) to provide artistic guidance and design for on-site branding projects. Assist with documenting measurements and placement of items to build design schematic documents.
- Build out design schematics detailing the size, quantity, colors, location and materials to be produced, which will be used for estimating and installation purposes.
- Provide on-site artistic feedback of items and materials based on the overall branding goals of the Client. Conceptualize designs from inception to completion and drive Clients to acceptance of the design vision.
- Branding items include, but are not limited to, various signage (including large format), banners, floor graphics and other items (both inside and outside school buildings) intended to provide information and promote the school to students, teachers and visitors.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of most up-to-date design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) as well as secondary software such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Possess an understanding of print production as it relates to designing practical artwork into physical items, specifically wide format graphics and wayfinding signage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can demonstrate the poise, professionalism and confidence to manage multiple projects at the same time to completion.
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
