What you will be doing

• Accountable for co-creating the creative tone of voice for Central Communications Calendar moments in accordance with Content Director, Creative Director and Chief Communications Officer
• Accountable for the development of creative and innovative campaign concepts that connect with our audience and brand. Confidently developing and articulating ideas and presenting them clearly to sell in concepts to senior management and stakeholders. Communicating these ideas effectively with storyboards, mood-boards, strategies and mock-ups
• Accountable for all creative content, from conceptualisation to finished output, liaising with and conferring with required internal departments to manage and direct the outcome, in a progressive and trend-led manner, which ultimately drives the brand forward in innovative and multi-faceted visual content
• Accountable for Graphic Designer and Senior Graphic Designers output within the Content Team
• Accountable for leading, directing and delegating photoshoots and content creation, creatively managing in-line with the business requirements and aesthetic

• At least 10-15+ years experience in the creative industry
• Experience working in a Senior Graphic Designer role previously and within a luxury space
• Previous experience managing a team/network of Graphic Designers
• Exceptional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom etc. and its capabilities to create and lead others in creating exceptional work
• Advanced skills in video editing software including Premiere Pro and After Effects
