We are seeking an experienced Senior Swift Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and building robust, efficient, and maintainable Swift applications, as well as mentoring less experienced developers. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to participating in our peer code review process are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve complex Swift applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead our applications’ troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance improvement efforts.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, promoting best practices and mentoring less experienced team members.
• Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, assisting in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Swift programming and related technologies, and share that knowledge with the team.
• Actively contribute to architectural decisions and implement new methodologies to ensure product robustness.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on Swift programming.
• Experience with iOS frameworks and Objective-C programming.
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Expert knowledge of UI/UX standards and experience implementing custom user interface designs.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Solid experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Experience in conducting and participating in code reviews, with a strong understanding of code quality and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $3,750.00 - $4,150.00 per month
