JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Reporting to the Senior Designer, Textiles & Rugs
- Collaborating with the design team
- Creating technical spec sheets
- Editing digital artwork files
- Reviewing prototypes
- Product assortment includes decorative pillows, bedding, throws, poufs, and rugs
- Working in a collaborative team environment
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take direction from the Senior Designer
- Create technical spec sheets
- Collaborate with design and development team members
- Document prototypes and create comment sheets
- Follow timelines and deadlines
- Manage physical and digital files
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate or advanced in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite
- Understanding of technical spec sheet creation; some experience in technical design is preferred
- Mac or PC proficient, must have their own up to date computer and software if working remote
- Exceptional attention to detail; excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in Arts or Design
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical design, graphic design and/or textile home product design
- Must be a team player and work well in a collaborative environment

This is a freelance remote and/or in-office position. 1 day in office per week is preferred. Office computer and software will be supplied for use.
