Capital Construction is looking for a temporary/as needed photography student to travel around the Richmond/Henrico/Hopewell areas and take photos of renovations we are working on. Position would be 1-2 days a week, at the photographers discretion, and paid per property. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain portfolio experience and skills.
Responsibilities:
- Capture a minimum of 40 high-quality and visually appealing photographs per job site for marketing materials and publications.
- Use artistic and technical skills to compose shots, select appropriate equipment, and adjust settings to achieve desired results.
- Manage and organize digital files, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
- Uploading photos onto Google Drive weekly, by Thursday morning at the latest.

Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per day
