**PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING.**Phoenix-based real estate research firm has a contract available for individuals with photography experience and reliable transportation!

Photographer should be located in Alexandria, LA and willing to drive to Leesville, LA AND Natchitoches, LA to take some EXTERIOR property photographs of mostly Self-Storage properties and a few Apartment/Office buildings. This contract position will begin in August and will last approximately 2-4 weeks.

Interested applicants must have a digital camera, high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation. Please be aware that this work is not intended for professional photographers, but some photo experience is required.

This assignment will contain 33 properties and the photographer is given approximately 2 weeks to complete the assignment. 15-20 unedited photos of the property should be taken and uploaded via Dropbox. Each property will take about 15 minutes to photograph. You may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour.

PAY:_ The total pay for the assignment should be between $524.00 and $834.00._ Pay Structure Details: Pay is $12.50 per property, plus an additional bonus of $10.00 if you are able to gain access and shoot onsite (inside the fence) or gain access inside the main building. GAS MILAGE: Additional compensation for gas is not provided however the 11 properties located in Leesville and Natchez will have a base-rate of $20.00 instead of $12.50 to help with gas. (This will add $82.50)
