About the role
You will be part of a small team working on a crucial corporate modernisation project working on a recently launched SharePoint Online intranet. You’ll be engaging with our publishing community of content editors and owners from across a wide range of services. You will be reviewing, redesigning, and publishing content on our new intranet site, contributing to the daily management of the council intranet ensuring it’s digitally accessible and follows our house style.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, redesign, and publish content on the council intranet
- Ensure content meets user needs and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with a virtual project team on further developments to the intranet
- Work with content editors to ensure content is managed and compliant
- Work with user groups to ensure the intranet meets their needs
Requirements
- Experienced in web writing best practice
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to form and maintain productive, professional working relationships
