  • We are seeking a Creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to create content aligned to the Group Brand strategy, increasing referred numbers and market share. Using your effective relationship building skills you will collaborate with staff and external stakeholders promoting the benefits of high quality diagnostic imaging services.
  • Reporting to the Group Brand and Design Manager GMCM GBDM), the Digital Media Specialist is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Align BU communications with the Group Brand strategy.
  • Measure communication effectiveness against criteria.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with respective style guides.
  • Maintain and optimize IDX websites to align with branding.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, engaging and up to date.
  • Support Group Marketing Strategy using digital and traditional methods.
  • Incorporate business unit needs into the Group strategy.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials for Medical Liaison.
  • Work with Digital Marketing Specialist for SEO and content.
  • Design and create patient information documentation.
  • Develop innovative tools for patient communication.
  • Identify and pursue marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other teams for marketing initiatives.
  • Support Marketing Business Partners.
  • Increase staff awareness of business activities.

About You

  • At least three years’ experience in Corporate Marketing. Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design and/or Marketing and Communications is essential
  • Role would suit a Corporate Designer who is increasing their capability in Marketing and Communication
  • Demonstrated experience using Wordpress, creation of social media content and electronic presentations.
  • Deliver effective UI/UX design solutions for digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Edit and produce video content for various platforms
  • Copywriting skills advantageous.
  • Highly developed time management skills and ability to work unsupervised
  • Demonstrated experience in providing excellent client communications and experience in issue and complaint resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience in using advanced digital products, Microsoft suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Print, Digital and Video)
