About the Role

• We’re on the lookout for a videographer to join our team and be a catalyst for greatness. We’re in search of an individual with a strong creative inclination and a professional demeanor. Your role will encompass:Capturing and live-streaming volleyball, soccer, and basketball games/tournaments at various school levels
• Delivering trademark videos and cutting-edge recording techniques

Qualifications and Requirements

The right candidate will have:

• At least two years of videography & production experience from on the job/company experience and training
• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma
• College education or degree is a plus
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Must have your own reliable vehicle with insurance
• Must be willing to travel with our teams or to games/tournaments
• Must be flexible, willing to travel out of town, work on weekends and may be required to stay overnight on weekends or during the week
• Must show up on time
• Must be able to carry 30-50lbs and climb stairs
• Ability to create content with quick turnarounds and short deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload
• Critical thinker, including creative skills, proven to exceed expectations with deadlines
• Strong analysis and collaboration skills
• Strong interpersonal skills (Type A personality)
• Ability to commit to minimum of two years of freelance work
• Ability to communicate when deadlines are close
• Ability to stay organized under pressure in the busy season along with multi-tasking
• Demonstrated experience in taking initiative and showing a sense of urgency to get work completed on-time
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/Final Cut and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Curious, persistent and plays well with others
• +Great written and verbal communication

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
