Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual with a keen interest in marketing to join our friendly communications team on a 12-month contract.

As a key member of the Marketing and Sales team you will help to deliver the annual marketing plan using a combination of traditional and digital media, communicating to both internal and external audiences. You will use your creativity and attention to detail to support the team with a hands-on approach and have the ability to work across multiple projects at any one time.

This role is a great opportunity for recent marketing graduates and individuals with some marketing experience looking to build their career in marketing. You will gain experience across a wide variety of marketing activity, across all of ESPO’s varied products, services and brands. A typical day in this role is varied but includes tasks such as scheduling social media posts, liaising with suppliers and designers, proof-reading copy, updating website content, creating marketing emails, creating internal weekly newsletters and much more.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• An interest in online and traditional communications campaigns.
• Good planning and organisation skills.
• Marketing qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding and practical use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with others.
• Experience with updating websites, social media, and email marketing software is advantageous but not essential.
