What You’ll be Doing

• Internal Marketing and Sales Collateral
• Print and Digital Advertisements
• Marketing Kit Customization
• Flyers, Stickers, Banners, Table Tents, etc.
• PowerPoint Design, Stationary, Business Cards, Iconography
• Graphic Support for trade shows, webinars, events and website
• Video support/editing (Webinars), Tradeshow Booth loops
• Internal photo library updates and maintenance

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor or Associates degree in fine arts, graphic arts, media, marketing, communications, or a related field desired
• Digital portfolio required
• 2 years of experience in marketing, multimedia, web development, or graphic arts preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization adherence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Working knowledge of the principles and techniques of print and digital media production
• Demonstrate hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite. Advancing working knowledge of video, and audio editing preferred (Adobe Premier, After Effects, and Audition)
• Knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design
• Ability to remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
• Creative, out of the box thinking ability
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite in a PC environment
• Develop and adhere to corporate design standards

What’s Good to Know

Minimal to no travel.

Overtime may be requested during peak times of the year. For example, in preparation of CBORD and Horizon’s annual user group conferences.

Who You’ll Work With

This role demands close collaboration with the designers, content writers, and marketing managers within the marketing team.

Subject matter experts and stakeholders in various areas of the company will provide perspective and knowledge necessary to the effectiveness of this role. These people include members of Sales, Product Management, Executive Management, and Human Resources.
