Job Description:

Leads the design and development of next generation internal business systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build, contribute and support the creation and organization of clear, concise, quality system help documentation and training curriculum
• Provide expertise on content, format, editing, and organization
• Produce and update user help and training documentation based on analysis of provided content and instruction from subject-matter experts
• Work under the Information Technology team and alongside various divisions within the organization

Pay:

$27.00 - $29.79 per hour

Requirements:

• Technical writing experience and/or experience producing business requirements documents (BRDs), structured SOPs, wikis, process modeling/workflows / 3 Years Required.
• Outstanding writing, organizational, collaboration and verbal communication skills / 3 Years Required.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff to manage a team’s deliverables / 3 Years Required.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills / 3 Years Required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products/Services including SharePoint / 3 Years Required.
• Understanding of e-learning techniques / 3 Years Highly Desired.
