At Twine AI, we are looking for the most enthusiastic and impressive people to help run a large-scale data collection project as field sales representatives.

Your role:

We are looking for dynamic and charismatic individuals with sales experience to help run a large-scale data collection project. You will play a vital role in engaging passersby and inviting them to participate in a fun competition. You will be required to use sales tactics to approach and secure a participant and not be knocked by rejections.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with members of the public at the location
• Encourage participation in the competition by explaining the process and benefits.
• Film participants in a series of poses for a maximum of 5 minutes using a mobile phone provided.
• Work collaboratively with a team of two other sales representatives to maximise participation rates.
• Ensure the smooth recruitment of participants and maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales-type strategies to effectively interact with the public is essential. Charity work or street marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Availability throughout Monday-Friday (shifts to be confirmed but could range from 9 am - 8 pm and will usually run in blocks of 5 days at a time)
• Must be located in Manchester, Birmingham or Sheffield (or willing to easily travel across the north of the UK)

You will be paid per shift plus an additional commission based on how many participants you get involved within that day.

We are also looking for a lead to be on-site each day. We will select this role from the top candidates who apply for this position. The lead role will be higher paid and come with additional responsibilities such as managing the team on site and liaising with the Twine team.
