Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the photography and videography team to capture stunning footage of wedding events.
• Operate professional-grade video equipment to ensure high-quality shots.
• Capture candid moments, intricate details, and highlight reels that encapsulate the spirit of each wedding.
• Maintain a keen eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling to create captivating visual narratives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and expectations for the final product.
• Edit and post-process footage to create polished and memorable wedding videos.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in wedding videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency in operating video cameras, stabilizers, and other related equipment.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• A strong passion for capturing emotions and creating visually compelling narratives.

Gear Requirements

• At least 2 Mirrorless Cameras (micro 4/3, APSC or Full Frame)
• Fast Glass F2.8 or better
• Zoom H1n + Lav or similar to mic groom
• XLR Audio Recorder for DJ audio recording
• Backup Zoom H1n or similar to record speaker at reception
• Drone (107 certificate required)

Compensation:

• Lead Videographers: $50 to $65 per hour
• Second Videographer: $40 to $50 per hour
• Third Shooters / Assistants: $25 to $35 per hour
