Responsibilities:

• Producing a variety of documentation, including user manuals, online help guides, installation guides, tutorials, release notes, and more
• Gathering accurate and up-to-date information about the product, technology, or process being documented
• Creating visually appealing and reader-friendly documents. Effective use of images, diagrams, and layout elements can enhance understanding.
• Participating in user testing to identify areas where documentation could be improved based on user feedback and real-world usage.
• Adapting documentation for different languages and cultures, ensuring that users worldwide can access and understand the material
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of relevant work experience
• Experience in writing Technical Documents within the Security sector
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Experience in an Education-based environment
• Proficiency with Google Suite
