Time: 8:00 - 10 PM
Pay: $140
Service: Applying a few strands of tinsel to hair (tinsel will be provided on-site) or a couple of braids to college students hair. Services will be from 9 - 10 PM. Arrival is 8 pm to be set up by 8:30 PM. Tinsel and tools will be provided
