Job Description

Manage all graphic and web design projects, working with business development and public information teams to meet needs and deadlines.

Create designs, logos, marketing concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.

Follow brand guidelines to maintain product/company image

Regular design projects include:

• e-marketing campaigns
• print ads
• web ads
• webpage layouts
• catalogs
• print fliers/brochures
• product packaging and labels
• logo design
• charts/graphs
• illustrations
• proposal development and etc.

Work with vendors to meet production requirements and review final proofs before printing.

Track and analyze performance of design pieces (emails, ads, etc.) to determine best practices and future changes and improvements.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Tech School.
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic knowledge of Wordpress, SEO strategies and website analysis tools.
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail to complete tasks fully and correctly.
• Fast learner with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in front end and back-end website development and programming.
• Knowledge of all web development programs, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Web Programming Skills, E-Commerce, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Multimedia Content Development, API’s
• Knowledge of video development and proficient using video editing software is a plus.
