Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and personable Creative Marketing Coordinator with a keen eye for detail and exceptional planning skills to join our dynamic team. As the Creative Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing various marketing initiatives, including social media management, event planning, video creation, digital design, and email marketing. Your role will be pivotal in driving engagement, promoting our brand, and supporting our agents through engaging marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and create compelling content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Post pre-made content across social media platforms and manage the content calendar for optimal engagement.
  • Design and print visually appealing flyers for agents to use in their promotional activities.
  • Create fun and engaging short-form videos to enhance our online presence and drive agent participation and attendance.
  • Embrace technology and quickly adapt to new platforms, including learning to navigate our CRM system effectively.
  • Serve as the FUN Ambassador, driving excitement and participation in events, trainings, socials, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Monday.com, Google Slides/Sheets, video editing software, TikTok, Instagram, and MailJet for email and campaign management.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in event planning, organization, and coordination, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable experience for attendees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
  • Strong creative mindset with excellent design skills, able to convey ideas visually
  • Proficiency in video editing
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
  • Familiarity with social media trends and emerging platforms
  • Comfortable with technology and a quick learner of new tools and software
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for marketing and engagement
