Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event Choreography Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and coordinating the choreography aspects of various events, ensuring seamless execution, and working closely with clients to bring their vision to life. Your artistic flair, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities will contribute to the success of our clients’ events, making them memorable experiences. This position offers a competitive commission structure, allowing you to share in the success you help create. The Event Choreography Coordinator should have knowledge of Bollywood and Hollywood music.

Responsibilities:

• Choreography Coordination:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, theme, and desired choreography elements.
• Create innovative and engaging choreography concepts tailored to each event’s unique requirements.
• Coordinate dance routines, movement sequences, and artistic performances in alignment with event themes.
• Organize rehearsals, ensuring performers are well-prepared and confident in their routines.
• Client Interaction:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding event choreography, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss choreography concepts, gather feedback, and make adjustments based on client preferences.
• Foster strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs and translating them into captivating choreography.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with event planners, designers, and other team members to integrate choreography seamlessly into overall event planning.
• Coordinate with performers, musicians, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of choreographed sequences during events.
• Event Execution:
• Oversee the choreography aspects of events, ensuring that performers are well-coordinated and that routines are executed flawlessly.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure choreography elements are aligned with the event’s atmosphere and audience.
• Commission and Performance:
• Earn commission based on the success and satisfaction of clients, reflecting your contribution to creating captivating choreography and memorable events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in choreography, dance, or artistic performance.
• Strong understanding of event planning and coordination processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing choreography.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client interactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Compensation:

• This is a part-time position with a commission-based compensation structure, reflecting your role in creating successful and engaging choreography for client events.
