The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Digital Marketing candidate to join our high performing Marketing Team. Working collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing Manager & the Social Media Executive you will develop the Company’s presence across all digital platforms and marketing channels, driving both brand appeal and customer engagement & ultimately increasing lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• SEO – Execute an SEO strategy to drive traffic, revenue & new customer acquisition in line with the Marketing strategy/calendar
• Works with external SEO Freelancers to ensures SEO practices are innovative and effective in their execution
• Create and action innovative Digital Marketing strategy to drive acquisition, evidencing results and suggesting further areas of improvement across all digital assets
• Optimisation and maintenance of Google Business Suite
• Produces all intercompany and external email marketing campaigns in line with marketing calendar
• Management of abandoned basket & retargeting campaigns, including email communication, non-returning customers and further optimising campaigns for maximum ROI
• Analytical approach using heatmapping and CRM system (DotDigital) to improve CX
• Merchandising of website content to drive acquisition
• Support Social Media Executive in the management of social media platforms, boosting the effectiveness of content within Paid Ads and monetised social content
• Create monthly reports to monitor customer trends, automated email workflows & marketing campaigns, interpreting data and providing recommendations to the Marketing Manager with the relevant analytics and KPIs
• Assisting with the production of digital marketing and other graphic design materials as required
• Drive an on-brand digital experience that creates a loyal, repeat client base

Skills & Experience required:

• Knowledge of paid multimedia platforms; Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube etc
• Working knowledge of Adobe design programs/Photoshop, with video editing skills desirable
• A passion for digital marketing and an understanding of the newest industry developments
• Strong budget management skills
• B2C digital background experience
• Ability to apply SEO knowledge to campaign ideas
• Experience in website content management essential
• E-commerce platform experience in Magento, HDML, CSS, Java & SQL Analytics

• Starting salary £28,000 - £30,000 negotiable dependent on experience
