The Mental Health Tick provides independent accreditation of mental health-aware organisations. Our aim is to recognise the efforts made by organisations to further shape supportive culture in their workplace. The Mental Health Tick is a partner of the company; The Root of It, a high-quality independent consultancy and training organisation which is passionate about guiding others to strive toward better mental health support. Currently, the company is looking for a brand manager to create and implement marketing, sales, and customer relations strategies. A perfect candidate will be passionate about mental health, have a commercial sense, and be adept at growing brand awareness.

You will:

  • Work closely with the CEO to develop the brand
  • Execute marketing and sales strategies to meet targets
  • Create and share marketing materials, including social media and website
  • Proactively identify opportunities to promote the brand
  • Communicate directly with clients and build trusting relationships
  • Plan and deliver online and face-to-face brand awareness activities (attending conferences, giving presentations etc.)

You have:

  • Background in communications, business, or sales (at least 3 years experience)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experience with social media and graphic design (Canva, photoshop, or other platforms)
  • Good grasp of how to increase sales
  • A track record of successful brand growth

You are:

  • Able to set and reach realistic goals in a timely matter
  • Self-motivated, creative, and initiative
  • Driven to raise awareness about mental health needs
  • Enjoying communicating with people online and face to face
  • A reliable team player
  • Comfortable with working independently
