We are seeking responsible and creative individuals who love working with plants, flowers, cut greens, glitter, pine cones, mantle pieces, wreaths, garlands, and enjoy the hands-on experience of Fine Gardening.

For more than 20 years, Wisteria & Rose has been designing innovative, timeless gardens and landscapes across Greater Boston. Located in Charlestown at Sullivan Square, makes it an easy location for multiple ways of commuting. Our days are Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. This is a seasonal job.

The Holiday Floral Designer is responsible for:

• On-brand creative and over the top window boxes, containers, and garland displays.
• Installation of plant material, cut greens, and faux material in customers color scheme, theme, and styles.
• Out of the box ideas for displays for whole house displays, and large container planters.

Candidates should possess:

• Strong communication skills
• Present a professional appearance at all times
• Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Able to lift 25 - 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• An eye for textures, colors, and concepts.
• Plant material knowledge of live and cut plants
• Material planning and purchasing
• Ability to drive a company vehicle in city conditions
• Previous floral or horticulture experience

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
