This role is:
- Temporary contract- 51 week role
- W2 Digital People
- 100% remote
- Pay range: $50,000 to $63,000
ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Owned Brand Portfolio packaging standards
- Collaborate with Creative and Packaging partners to develop and implement brand relevant solutions to new problems while maintaining the integrity of the existing brand across multiple packaging formats and categories.
- Create presentation decks, mock-ups and other materials to support approval moments with senior management and clients
- Present concepts and creative work in an organized and effective manner to packaging partners
- Work closely with global teams to execute on-brand production files
- Interpret feedback and design critique to make timely updates to work in progress
- Responsible for asset management; maintain and update all brand standards, toolkits, and support documentation for multiple owned brands
- Proof all vendor-produced artwork to ensure integrity and consistency to the brand standards
- Organize and plan details for multiple projects in order to meet project deadlines. Integrates and balances competing priorities.
- Knowledgeable of the print process, packaging substrates and dielines, from concept through execution
- Provide expertise in key software applications and execution techniques for Target Creative
- Drive continual improvement by defining quality standards and best practices
- Stay current with latest industry, style and graphic trends
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy of work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Design Degree
- 4-8 years’ experience
- Strong knowledge of MAC applications, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Comfort with online collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, Miro, Slack, Conceptboard
- Fundamental design skills with the ability to receive and interpret design direction with strong attention to detail
- Action oriented
- Ability to drive results and prioritize
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work under high pressure/stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
