Qualifications:

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment
  • Experience working with Finance submitting monthly reports on time
  • Attention to details in data reporting
  • Strong leadership skills and highly collaborative
  • Extensive experience, working knowledge, and existing relationship with vendors and factories domestic and overseas production
  • Extensive experience in inventory management and monitoring
  • 8yrs of experience in Production/Sourcing and/or Supply Chain roles of increasing scope, complexity, and leadership responsibility
  • Knowledge of Production Trade Regulations, testing protocol, product integrity, production cycle timeline, and fabric and garment construction
  • Ability to develop & implement strategies according to plans, monitor progress, and make the necessary adjustments to achieve objectives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills with strong follow through and attention to details
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and pro-active problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Strong costing and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production to ensure that all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner, working closely, and addressing any issues or questions that may arise
  • Develop and manage pre-production to post-production calendar (T&A) to hit target delivery dates for all programs
  • Work with vendors to receive and review standard WIP reports weekly to ensure production schedule is on time
  • Manage and analyze cost breakdowns: usage, unit cost, labor and overhead, and profit analysis
  • Manage domestic raw material purchases and track costs
  • Responsible providing Pre-cost information to Finance for all styles
  • Act as a filter and support while negotiating and researching product costing
  • Provide inventory and working progress monthly report to Finance
  • Responsible for stock take and work with account on reconciliations
  • Document all charge backs for senior management to review
  • Evaluate internal team procedures and proactively pilot more efficient and effective processes
  • Must have garment construction knowledge
  • Manage excel spreadsheets weekly, including line lists and inventory reports
  • Negotiate and confirm costing for multiple accounts
  • Effectively use costing analysis to improve cost process implementation
  • Improve department communication and emphasize margin building with more efficient design and materialization

Pay: $82,944.38 - $99,890.00 per year
