JOB DESCRIPTION:

Video Content Creator for real estate brokerage who is passionate about creating interesting and engaging content that encourages growth in the company’s social media presence while generating engagement and inquiries. This role reports to the broker and broker associates collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager to expand the company’s digital footprint and brand equity. This role is equally strategic, creative, and executional and requires a flexible can-do attitude. Estimated 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and informative content that aligns with the company’s brand and target audience
• Conduct research to gather relevant information for content creation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and plans
• Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy for social media posts, including TikTok, IG, and youtube
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Incorporate SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to generate fresh content ideas
• Collaborate with other departments such as photography and video editing to create multimedia content

Experience:

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role
• Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools
• Proficiency in video editing software and apps is required
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Real estate salesperson license is preferred but not required.**
