Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive and detailed production implementation plan encompassing vendor-managed workstreams, including data conversion, legacy data cleanup, platform development, business intelligence, testing, security, user administration, training, OCM, help desk, and hypercare activities.
• Identify and proactively address interdependencies across workstreams to ensure alignment and synchronization in the production plan.
• Develop contingency plans and backup approaches to address potential catastrophic production issues.
• Define Hypercare strategy and specialized support logistics for the post-launch period.
• Produce a document outlining roles, responsibilities, and temporary processes during the post-production Hypercare phase.
• Lead Production Readiness reviews and facilitate project Go/No Go meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage Production Readiness status reporting within the established PMO cadence.
• Oversee the review, prioritization, and resolution of production defects during the Hypercare period.
• Coordinate benchmarking activities for cutover window timing and tuning to optimize implementation efficiency.
• Coordinate interventions for major defects and issues post-production, including data fixes and emergency deployments in the Hypercare period.
• Experience in Child Welfare System is required. Define the approach for federal CCWIS certification and contribute to its successful completion.
• Develop a transition plan from Hypercare to “Business as Usual” (BAU) Maintenance and Operations, ensuring a seamless handover.
