Founded in 2018, Christina Flaaen Media, LLC is a video and photo production company based in Phoenix that opened in 2019. We provide video and photo services in a variety of areas, with a special focus on weddings and events. We are looking for another videographer/editor/photographer to join our team!

About the Job:

The main focus of this position will be on wedding/event videography and/or photography; although, there is the potential for other types of videography/photography, such as for other businesses. The most popular days for events tend to be Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays, but occasionally, events occur on other days. There is no guarantee of a minimum number of hours per week, and you will be notified when an opportunity arises. We can work with your schedule. However, there is an immediate need for help on 10/14/23, so availability on that date is necessary. Work locations will vary based on event locations. Most events will take place within the Phoenix metropolitan area, but locations throughout Arizona are possible.

Ideally, this person will be skilled in videography, photography, and editing, but we will consider those with only video and video editing experience if they are willing to learn still photography, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Videography experience, ideally weddings/events, and can show a portfolio of your work
• Experience using Adobe programs, specifically Adobe Premiere
• Knowledge of mirrorless cameras, lenses, lavalier mics, and other common recording equipment (We currently shoot on Lumix S5s. Experience with Lumix cameras is great, but not necessary.)
• Familiarity with taking an audio feed from a DJ/soundboard (via XLR, ¼”, etc)
• Dependable. When you commit to work, you show up on time.
• Ability to take direction and adapt to our style
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment (i.e. weddings/events)
• An eye for detail to capture the best footage possible in various conditions and locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Still Photography experience, ideally weddings/events, and can show a portfolio of your work
• Experience with and knowledge of photo editing software, including Photoshop & Lightroom

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
