We are a yet-to-launch youth football, futsal and street soccer channel passionate about bringing the joys, talents, and lessons of youth football to a wider audience. We celebrate the sport, the young athletes, and the communities that support them.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Part-Time Videographer and Social Media Editor who not only loves football but is also tuned into social media trends, loves being active, and is keen on constantly learning about videography, creativity, and editing.

Location:

Reading, Berkshire. For Saturday morning filming. Remote work for editing and social media tasks

Hours:

Saturday mornings for filming; flexible hours for editing and posting during the week.

Responsibilities – Videography:

• Filming high-quality footage of youth football games, interviews, and other related events every Saturday morning.
• Manage camera equipment, including lenses, tripods, microphones, and lighting.
• Post-process, edit, and enhance raw footage to create engaging videos.
• Use graphics and special effects to align video content with the channel’s aesthetic and messaging.

Responsibilities – Social Media:

• Create, curate, and manage published content across social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Analyse metrics and adapt content to suit trends and audience preferences.
• Collaboration with other channels and products.
• Work with the team to brainstorm and execute new ideas for social media trends.
• Attend team meetings, virtually or in person, for planning and strategizing.

Qualifications:

• You must be a nice, fun, and energetic person 😊
• Creativity and braveness – this is a new job, where clever testing and ideas are required.
• Understand of, or interest in design – this can be as basic as Canva, or a deep knowledge of the Adobe world.
• Desire to be a high-end videographer and social management expert.
• Solid understanding of social media trends and platforms.
• A genuine love for football and an understanding of the game.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and adapt.
• Motivational, into health, fitness, and growth.

Nice to haves (but not compulsory):

• Understanding or willingness to also manage a basic web and CMS.
• Understanding of, or interest in web3 experiences.
