Your Role
Your day will revolve around supporting the sync team, especially our sync coordinator who handles all our television and film business. Each day will be varied with some of your time taken up with general administrative support, whislt at other times the day will be full of creative tasks, such as playlisting and curating lists of songs. You’ll often work across projects and support the wider sync team, moving between tasks seamlessly and prioritsing based on the needs of the team.
Admin Tasks Include
- Organising team spreadhseets and documents using Microsoft Suite and Google Drive.
- Collecting information from the labels.
- Updating the team with relevant information, e.g. release schedules.
- Work with A&R teams to make sure we have all the latest music for pitching, with the correct metadata.
- Managing our music library on DISCO and sorting out new assets.
- Sending WAVs to clients.
- Collecting unreleased music for playbacks.
- Raising PO’s.
- Updating Warner Hub regularly.
- Organising and maintaining client database.
Creative Tasks Include
- Playlisting.
- Brainstorming ideas for TV shows.
- Trend forecasting.
- Creating interesting mail-outs, using Key-Note/DISCO.
- Helping to come up with new marketing strategies and ways of reaching new clients.
TV & Film Support
Your help with our television and film business and support to the sync coordinator will be important. Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Collating new music and playlisting it with common TV themes & needs in mind.
- Getting to grips with our extensive catalogue and making sure we use it to our best ability, in all areas.
- Learning the complexities of PRS/PPL.
- Becoming familiar with blanket television projects and clients, and assisting with music briefs.
- Research about new television and finding new places to send our music.
- Helping send vinyl to TV & Film clients.
- Building and maintaining new blanket TV library for clients.

We’d Love It If You Also Had
- A greater understanding of sync, either through another role, hobby or personal interest.
- An understanding of the music business and a general understand of music rights.
- Experience using KeyNote, Photoshop, Excel.
