Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor market trends and competitors
• Provide detailed and accurate drawings that are suitable for customer presentation and for production
• Create interior designs & colour schemes
• Create high-res digital visualizations and concepts to a high standard
• Proactively liaise with our internal customers and suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a creative designer, preferably in the field of Park Homes
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects
• Excellent understanding of design principles and aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Effective communication skills to understand and interpret design briefs
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work part-time hours as required (Thursday and Friday only)
