At MagicSnow, we create magic with snow. We are the leading producer of snow special effects and snow themed experiences for entertainment productions around the world. We’re seeking skilled Staff Coordinator to join our team.

Role:

As a Staff Coordinator, you will collaborate with the MagicSnow team to organize and schedule the production crew and their travel for national and international projects. Our team is passionate about the unique experiences we create and you will be an instrumental orchestrating them. The position is based in-person at our Los Angeles production facility.We welcome experienced professionals as well as self-taught individuals to apply. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Production Coordinator to identify project staffing requirements
• Develop and distribute weekly crew schedules.
• Serve as the main point of contact for crew scheduling and travel needs
• Proactively manage changes in scheduling and crew availability.
• Book and manage crew travel.
• Help develop our culture of crew engagement and belonging

Qualifications:

• Entertainment production scheduling and coordination experience
• Experience with Corporate or Entertainment Travel Procurement
• Available to work unrestricted on-call hours on a rotating schedule
• Must be reliable, organized, and punctual
• Must have strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills, Excel, Word, Mail
• Experience with Wordpress, Expedia or SAP is not necessary but a huge plus

Pay:

$21.50 per hour
