Client: Resource Management Associates, LLC

Location: Remote

Contract: Contractor, Full Time, Temporary

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other programmers, to gather requirements.
  • Develop, test, debug, and maintain software code to ensure smooth operation and functionality of cross-enrollment data solution.
  • Validate cross-enrollment analysis model results on a regular basis and de-bug when needed in close coordination with the dashboard team.
  • Serve as the cross-enrollment analysis model subject matter expert in business and design discussions.
  • Integrate and interface existing systems and databases with system applications, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Participate in system and database design discussions, offering technical expertise and insights to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for cross-enrollment systems.
  • Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user manuals to support effective system maintenance and knowledge transfer.
  • Adhere to established development methodologies, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

Position Requirements
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in managing and implementing data or system integration projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5 years of programming experience in SQL (Ideally PostgreSQL).
  • 5 years of data architecture and data modeling experience including best practices and impact analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in data mining, structuring, and analyzing information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements
  • Familiarity with healthcare or social services systems and/or programs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing/architecture.
  • Experience with Amazon Redshift development.
  • Ability to directly interact with key internal customers effectively.

Skills
  • Experience managing and implementing data/system integration projects. (Required 8 years)
  • In-depth understanding of data warehouse structures and relational databases. (Required 5 years)
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). (Required 5 years)
  • Programming experience in SQL (ideally PostgreSQL), SAS, etc. (Required 5 years)
  • Expert knowledge of data management and data modeling. (Required 5 years)
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), problem-solving abilities, and strength in understanding and analyzing requirements to deliver solutions. (Required 8 years)

Pay: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour
