Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Contract: Temporary

This is a seasonal opportunity expected for Fall 2023/Spring 2024. Extensions may be available upon mutual agreement. Coordinate and track publications in process and route content, all to meet varying deadlines of concurrent running PBMG titles.

Duties and responsibilities

• Available to work full time and be flexible for periods of high volume as dictated by PBMG’s production schedule.
• Utilize publishing tools to pull reports, track, and update status of projects
• Work closely with production, sales, and editorial teams to facilitate project completion
• Review proofs and print ready PDFs to ensure files meet publication and printer specifications
• Submit press ready files to print vendor(s) web portals
• Provide print and manufacturing specifications to print vendor(s)
• Ship production proofs to print vendors
• Perform additional production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 3 – 5 years previous magazine production experience
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
• Work efficiently through high volumes while meeting deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient knowledge of Abobe Creative Suite/Adobe Acrobat.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
