Responsibilities:

• Design and develop voice user interfaces using Genesys tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and business analysts.
• Communicate VUI concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create conversational flows, prompts, and menus that are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Conduct thorough testing of VUIs to identify and rectify issues, ensuring a high level of accuracy and reliability.
• Perform usability testing to gather user feedback and make necessary improvements.
• Create comprehensive documentation for VUI designs, development, and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Genesys VUI development and integration.
• Proficiency in Genesys platforms and tools (e.g., Genesys Composer, Genesys Voice Platform).
• Strong knowledge of voice technologies, including ASR, TTS, and NLP.
• Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
