Experience:
- Proven experience as a videographer with a portfolio preferably highlighting real estate.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating video and photography equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, and lighting.
- Strong video and photo editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of video and photo composition, framing, and lighting techniques.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry and its unique marketing requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- 1 - 5 year(s) of experience
- Limited English working proficiency required
- Own equipment is mandatory
