Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Research Directors in determining event scope and themes.
- Agenda writing, draft programme, copywriting, and research experience required.
- Collaborate with internal events team regularly.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives internally and externally to produce high quality content.
Skills and experience:
- Good organisation and time management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in WordPress is ideal.
Person Specification:
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple events at once.
- Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Creative thinker.
- Ability to commute to London based office 1-2 days per week.
- Ability to work in a group environment or independently, with little supervision.
