About Us

Wonderhatch are seeking brilliant, dynamic, freelance Film Directors to assist on key projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from high-end corporate content to dynamic branded work. Our clients include Spotify, Huel, Hyatt and Knight Frank. Our key channels include Consumer & Luxury, Property, Travel & Hospitality and Entertainment. Check out our showreel and our website here. You will work closely with our creative, commercial and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Working to our process and with our production and creative teams to get the job done
• Considering creatives and developing them through the production process
• Work closely with commercial team to understand client’s requirements and deliver work that meets the brief
• Collaborate with the production team, helping put the shoot team together
• Attend briefings and meetings to discuss project requirements
• To lead shoot, along with production and with post production teams to ensure great output and smooth delivery

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years experience directing ads
• Excellent technical skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Experience in working with creative teams & agency processes
• A good eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Good organisational and time-management skills
