TTS and Consortium
At TTS we focus on curriculum rich learning resources with a strong emphasis on unique products developed from ideas generated by teachers worldwide and brought to life by our in-house designers and education specialists.
At Consortium we lead the market with our expertly selected and great value commoditized proposition, whilst also offering a large selection of furniture, sport, and curriculum products. The role of the Creative team is to ensure that we are creating inspiring and innovative designs for our customers across media disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Undertake omni-channel projects from conception to delivery
- Provide advice and guidance on new and innovative ways to market products
- Generate creative ideas and concepts
- Collaborate with the wider Creative Services team and external agencies
- Define creative best practices and processes
- Strive for consistency across brands and messaging
Creative Design
- Translate briefs into targeted, effective, and inspirational creative
- Produce creative assets and develop ideas for brand propositions and positioning
- Follow agreed processes and sign-off procedures
- Leverage customer insights to solve strategic problems
- Work flexibly and pay attention to detail
Team Working
- Partner across the company with stakeholders including Brand Marketing, Digital, and Product
- Contribute to Marketing meetings and present creative
- Work with external partners and agencies
- Ensure clear communication throughout the Creative Services team
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative design
- Digital design experience, including UX/UI principles
- Conceptual thinker with a strategic focus
- Strong design/artwork background and experience working with brand design guidelines
- Effective communicator with strong influencing skills
- Collaborative nature and ability to bring people together
- Good presentation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strategic creative ideas across digital, social, and print disciplines
- Previous print catalogue design experience would be advantageous
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Magento Pagebuilder, and WordPress
- InRiver Print PIM experience would be desirable
