Art Director / Senior Designer

You are a good communicator. You can quickly explain design decisions and feature intentions to clients and teammates.

You are a brand guardian. You can faithfully follow existing brand standards or guidelines or develop application standards of your own when called upon to do so.

• Preferred ExperienceExperience consulting with clients – either on the side or part of your job responsibilities
• Experience developing consumer-facing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile
• Experience working as a member of a team
• Experience interpreting brands and integrating brand standards into design decisions
• Expertise with graphic design programs and prototyping tools (experience with Marvel and/or Invision a plus)
• Some experience implementing responsive design with CSS or CSS frameworks
• Must have strong customer-service orientation, good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
