Job Description
Marketing Executive - Up to 12 Months FTC
Locations - Various across Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Staffordshire
Your Role
You will be responsible for:
- Deploying effective marketing and business development activities to drive awareness and consideration for developments within the division
- Developing advertising campaigns both on and off-line, to set timescales and within budget
- Copy-writing and proofing skills with an eye for detail
- Working to tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Building a network of relationships across a large organisation
- Multitasking, prioritising, and making decisions under pressure
- Challenging conventional approaches
- Using Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, CMS systems, and other digital platforms
- Planning, creating, and delivering multi-channel content
- Managing website content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing
The Role
As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering overall divisional marketing and business development strategy to maximise ROI and provide optimised customer experience
- Working collaboratively with Divisional Marketing departments to ensure an efficient and joined-up approach to marketing strategy
- Sharing effective community engagement plans for awareness and lead generation
- Providing understanding, governance, and reporting of marketing and business development activity
- Maximising awareness, consideration, and conversion

Your Attributes
You will have:
- 3 A levels at Grade C or above (or equivalent) and ideally a Degree (or equivalent)
- Professional qualification in Business Studies or Marketing related subjects
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Proven project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build effective and collaborative working relationships
- Able to work to agreed quality standards and ways of working
- A desire to work in an environment of continual improvement
You will be:
- A proactive self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Enthusiastic and self-driven
