Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative beauty makeup and fragrance products that align with our luxury brand’s image and target market.
• We expect you to conduct thorough research on current trends, customer preferences, and competitor products in order to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
• You shall collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, packaging, and manufacturing to ensure the successful execution of product designs from concept to production.
• We expect you to create detailed product briefs, specifications, and technical drawings that communicate your design intent and requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
• You will oversee the entire product development process, from initial concept sketches to prototyping, testing, and finalizing the design for mass production.
• We expect you to stay up-to-date with industry advancements, new technologies, and regulatory guidelines related to beauty makeup and fragrance products.
• You shall actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new product concepts and features.
• We expect you to maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components for product manufacturing.

Requirements
